This is a limited series of 79 trading cards celebrating the X-Men, as created by fans, for fans. As such, this complimentary interactive PDF is for you to pore over. The disparate styles herein – toy photography, pyrography, LEGO builds, watercolor, acrylic, inking, all the various digital illustration styles – build upon, adapt, and expand the style of the first set of the ColleXion. I hope we succeeded in surpassing the original. 

Thematically, this has been an ambitious project. The X-Men have a long history of their rich personalities teetering between right and wrong, good and evil. Gone are the standard "front" and "back" of the cards. In their place, each artist has created two versions of these characters. On one side is the "light" version. Flip over the card to reveal the "dark" persona. It completely breaks the mold of what trading cards can be, and offers a level of customizability rarely seen in the medium.
