This was a limited series of 57 trading cards (plus a checklist, and a BONUS sketch card) celebrating the X-Men, as created by X-Men fans. All profits benefitted the Equal Justice Initiative, totally over $1,500 for the cause. While those are all gone, now and forever, this FREE interactive PDF lives forever. Enjoy!

This passion project couldn’t have happened without the two-dozen artists that graciously put their time and effort into making some kickass art. Find them through their credits on the card backs. The disparate styles – toy photography, pyrography, LEGO builds, painting, inking, all the various digital illustration styles – could have clashed hard, but melding the appeal of the 1992 Impel/Jim Lee X-Men trading cards with the modern-day aesthetics of Jonathan Hickman’s X-Men comics has hopefully created a clean canvas to both unify the individuals under a single banner, and allowed the space for each piece of art to shine on its own.

As for the card backs, the goal was to pull the best bits of 90s card sets (quotes, trivia) and scrap the standard bios for curated reading lists, including character highlights and some offbeat choices that might even surprise diehard fans.
